Upperclass Student + Family Housing

Your Home on Campus

No matter where you’re from, you always have a HOME on campus.

Upper-class student housing for sophomore, junior & senior undergraduates, graduate students, and families is offered at Mines Park Apartments.

Applications CLOSED for 2024-2025

The Mines Park Apartments community is at capacity for the 2024-2025 academic year. We do not have available space to offer at this time.

Toward the end of the Fall semester, Residence Life begins gathering information from Mines Park residents regarding any plans to graduate at the end of Fall, study abroad in the Spring, or withdraw from Mines.

We will reopen the Mines Park Apartments application in November, and you are encouraged to apply again if you will be seeking on-campus housing for the Spring semester.

If you are searching for housing off-campus, please consider our Off-Campus Housing Resources.
